What is AI-assisted grant writing?
It is preparing a funding proposal with AI doing the most time-consuming work: reading the terms of reference, reviewing prior research and checking that objectives, budget, timeline and indicators are consistent. An experienced team makes the decisions and writes the final text.
Does AI write the proposal?
No. AI reads, searches and checks; it does not decide. Our team defines the strategy, arguments and final text with yours, and every figure is checked against the call's terms of reference.
Does Colombia offer tax benefits for R&D?
Yes. Projects qualified by Colombia's National Council for Tax Benefits in Science, Technology and Innovation can take an income tax discount of 30% of the amount invested (Article 256 of the Tax Statute) or, in some cases, a 50% tax credit. Minciencias runs the call. This is not tax advice.
Can R&D projects in Colombia be funded with royalties?
Yes. The science, technology and innovation allocation of Colombia's General Royalties System funds projects through public, open and competitive calls published by Minciencias. Who can apply, and in which partnerships, depends on each call's terms of reference.
What is a logical framework?
It is a method that organizes a project into a matrix: goal, purpose, outputs and activities, each with indicators, means of verification and assumptions. It underpins the MGA format that Colombia's National Planning Department uses for public investment projects, including royalties-funded ones.
How many companies do you work with?
A few at a time. We take on a limited number of projects per call so each one gets the time it needs. If we have no capacity for the call you are interested in, we will tell you during the review.
